RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

(1) Order Cancellation & Partial Refund

Refund of canceled order and partial refund due to out of stock item would be provided in Kpopmart voucher credit basically. Missing or out of stock items can be checked a few days later from shipped date due to system structure. Partial refund is operated within a few days after sending the shipment.

It is not available to cancel the order itself due to change of mind or simple fickleness. Cancellation itself is not accepted after the shipment is dispatched as well as preorder item is issued.

 

* Voucher Credit is discount coupon and customer can use it like cash at kpopmart.com.

* It is able to check at "My voucher" column after logging in. Customer can copy voucher code and put it into voucher code box at cart summary page then order payment will be deducted as much as voucher amount.

* Order currency should be the same with voucher currency not to occur errors.



(2) Returned Shipment

If shipment would be returned by postal service at the customers country by any reason, RSN (Returned Shipment Notification) would be emailed. Customer can pay shipping and handling charge again then ask the shipment back. Or, customer should request to refund payment after deducting shipping and hancling charge. Refund is only available in voucher credit not in cash. Shipment will be reserved within 4 weeks from returned date and storage cost would be serviced on Kpopmart.


(3) Lost, Damage, Late Delivery

* Return & Refund policy is applied for the defective products from manufacturing process.

* Any damage, lost and late delivery of small packet air mail and K-Packet shipment during delivery is not compensated originally because it is not covered by insurance.

* If it is decided to compensate small package or K-Paclet shipment by any reason, compensation amount is limited under $20.00 USD.

* Customers should ask compensation for defects of EMS shipment from delivery process to EMS service at destination country directly. Please note that compensation for EMS shipment is only available when product itself is not playable or usable. Such defects like cracked box, missing free photocards, broken album case are not compensated though it is express service.

Delivery can be delayed during busy season and delay is not compensated during thease seasons (Christmas and new year, etc) though it is EMS shipment. Delay can be occurred at some a few countries such as Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Italy, Qatar, Colombia, Saudi Arabia, UAE, India, etc. Delivery delay is not compensated for the shipment to those countries as well.

 

If you receive a damaged or defective item then please email us order number & product condition with photos within 14 days of delivery to obtain an authorization for returns or negotiate compensation. Please note that unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded. If we authorize a return, we will provide you with an RAM (Return Authorization Mail) and instructions for sending the damaged or defective items to us. These damaged/defective items must be returned to us securely packaged and wrapped. After we received the product, we will examine and test the defective items.

 

If we find the defect same as explained from customer's request, we will ship out replacement for the defective item(s) via small packet air mail or provide compensation. Otherwise, the original item will be shipped back to customer. Compensation for the shipping costs will be provided in kpopmart voucher credit and will only be offered if the package is returned by small packet air mail. No compensation will be provided for other methods of shipment such as registered air mail, Courier services, Express mail or Next Day air services. If the package is returned by a shipping method other than small packet air mail, Kpopmart reserves the right to decide on the amount of shipping refund provided based on the cost of a small packet air mail.

 

Please note that we will verify the condition of all returned products before sending out a replacement or authorizing a refund. Reports of defective products on a replacement shipment will not be entertained. It generally takes about a few weeks to process a return and we are not responsible for lost returns.
