To better support our customer satisfaction, kpopmart.com is providing K-pop artist CDs with the lowest price on the planet for 1 month right after release date. Please note that LP is only valid for 1 month after its release because of stock matters.

 

Q2. What are the advantages of preorder?

We’re proudly presenting preorder customers with free official poster in hard tube case (delivery charge is additional). If you preorder new release with ordinary album then we will ship them together with preordered item once stocks arrive in. Don’t miss amazing chance to collect your favorite idol poster in unfolded condition. You can also make a purchase official poster at $2.00 USD after album release.

 

Q3. What is your currency here?

We do accept USD basically and other various currencies are also acceptable. You are advised to be careful of the exchange rate if you try to send other currencies rather than USD.

 

Q4. Buying albums from Kpopmart really counts on hanteo chart?

We count daily K-pop album sales and transfer the data directly to Hanteo so that sales reflect on weekly music chart such as SBS Ingigayo, KBS Music Bank, M Countdown and MBC Music Core. Q1. How do I know this item is available or not?

If you can see “ADD to CART” button on the page, that is available, but please email us to customer@kpopmart.com to make it sure exactly.

 

Q2. Which Shipping and delivery option is suitable for me?

Kpopmart.com offers different shipping options to our customers, all of which are efficient and reliable. Shipping charge is based on weight and size of each item. And we have 3 kinds of shipping methods such as EMS Premium (UPS), EMS (International Express Mail), and Small Packet (Air mail). Q3. How much shipping cost would it be to my country?

Shipping cost can be varied according to many factors depending on items, weight, carrier and shipping area. you can find how much the total price is after you place an order at kpopmart.com. It is calculated at the system automatically when you make an order. You can check the small package shipping fee at the first phase as "Summary" during the payment procedure and it can be changed if you choose the shipping method at the 4th phase as "Shipping". Whenever you add more items, shipping cost will be increased automatically.

 

Q3. What is EMS and EMS premium? And how fast and secure is EMS shipping?

EMS is an express shipment and delivery method which is served and managed by Korean Postal Service. Delivery time is 2 ~ 5 business days from the date of shipment. This is more secure and covered by insurance, so you are advised to choose EMS shipping if you are concerned with your item being lost or damaged.

 

EMS Premium is the global express mail service which is cooperated in between UPS global parcel service and Korean Postal Service. This can be serviced where EMS does not cover in terms of delivery. Delivery time would be 2 ~ 4 business days which is a little shorter than that of normal EMS but price would be most expensive.

< Note > Business days do not include weekend and national holidays.

 

Q4. Why registered mail service is not available anymore?

It is not only because Korean Postal Service raised service charge up to 30% for global shipment but also tracking service is not fully provided in many other countries. Even though customers select registered mail service, tracking is not available in many cases. So kpopmart.com finally decided not to service registered mail service any further from July 1st, 2012. We hope that you would understand this situation caused. But we will try our best to serve our customers as always we do.

 

Q5. How do I make my payment for the purchase?

Kpopmart.com currently offers wide range of payment options to customers, all of which are convenient and easily arranged. You should be able to find a convenient payment option that suits you most. So please select one from the payment methods as below;

2. Wire Transfer to OCBC bank (Singaporean and Malaysian can wire payment via OCBC bank account in SGD.)

3. Wire Transfer to Korea Exchange Bank

Q6. I can’t pay by PayPal. What is wrong with that?

There are several possible reasons as below;

<Case 1> If your address is different from the one in PayPal, PayPal does not accept your payment.

<Case 2> If billing address and delivery address is different, PayPal does not accept different address for preventing fraud-transaction. You should maintain the billing address and delivery address as the same.

- If you want to change your billing address, you should change the delivery address as the same.

<Case 3> PayPal asked me to put state but I can't put state info here.

PayPal needs to select "states" as mandatory in case of customers from USA, Canada, New Zealand and etc. If you cannot pay by PayPal because of "states" issues, please let us know. We will make "states" for you.

 

Q7. I don’t have a PayPal account but I have a credit. How can I pay?

You can pay by credit or debit card with help of PayPal. You don't need to PayPal account. Please still choose PayPal as a payment method.

You can pay by your credit by entering your card information. Then follow a few steps instructed to complete your payment. PayPal & kpopmart.com would not save your payment information at all.

 

Q8. Do you have any other payment option? Wire Transfer or Western Union?

Buyers also transfer money to us through western union money transfer service at your local bank. Find out local bank or agency in your country where western union money transfer is applicable and learn more details how to send money to us. Q9. Your shipping cost seems to be expensive. Does Kpopmart have a shipping free option?

As you know, our motto is “the lowest K-POP CD provider on the planet”. Which means CD margin is quite thin and we do not have extra room to allow free shipping because global shipping charge is quite expensive and it is all different from country to country. Like other online shop, if we are selling CD at expensive price and then we may be able to provide free shipping service. But we think our way of business is more benefit to customers. You can compare our price with other providers. They say they provide free shipping but the product price is much higher than our total amount including shipping fee though it is deferent from the items.

 

Q10. If I win the contest, do I have to pay for shipping?

Of course not, we pay shipping cost. You just wait a few weeks and enjoy the prize.

 

Q11. What is the DVD Region Code?

DVDs sold globally are typically encoded to restrict their use to specific locations. That is, a DVD assigned a specific "Region Code" can only be played within the areas specified in that Region Code. The DVD Region Code can usually be found on the back of the DVD package. It is therefore important that you make sure that the DVD you are buying is compatible with your DVD player.


 

Q12. How can I buy old CDs?

Upon your request, we will find out and inform you that the CD is available or not. Then you can buy individually if it is available.

 


After Order


Q1. How many days does it take to deliver if I select small packet air mail service?

Normally small packet air mail takes 2 ~ 3 weeks (Asia) / 3 weeks (US, Canada) / 3 ~ 4 weeks (Europe) / 4 weeks plus (South America and other countries) after shipment processed. But in some countries such as Brazil, Philippines and Italy, delivery might be delayed further due to the local postal circumstances.

Q2. What is a tracking number for my items?

Tracking code is only provided if you choose EMS as a shipping & delivery method, you can track your parcel at the tracking site as linked; www.track-trace.com or http://service.epost.go.kr/iservice/ems/ems_eng.jsp

But if you select small packet as a shipping method, then there would not be provided the tracking number. Small packet air mail is not traceable, but please do not worry, it would arrive safely but takes longer time.

 

Q3. Do I have to pay customs tax?

It depends on the local customs policy, the product price at kpopmart.com is including tax but sometimes the customs at the country charges additional tax for the shipment. We do mention as "gift" and low prices at the surface of the package to protect such cases. If it is not passed through the customs, you need to pick the shipment at the customs directly and pay the tax.

 

 

Receiving Package

 

Q1. I ordered CD + unfold poster option but I got only CD or poster, how?

We normally wrap CD package and poster tube in one box. We provide long-thin hard tube case to protect poster not being folded and it is shipped out along with CD packages. But sometimes we might ship two packages separately if CD package is extraordinarily big in size or the total weight is beyond 2kg limitation of small package. In such cases, delivery may be different because of the local postal circumstance even though shipment of two packages processed on the same day. But do not worry, surely you will get another package soon after receiving one.


Q2. I haven’t received my package and it’s been more than 40 business days.

Upon your request, we are going to officially request and investigate your delivery status via Korean Postal Service and the Postal Service where is in your country. It may take a few weeks time to get the result from the POSTAL SERVICE of your country. After investigating and tracking, once we conclude that the item is missing out or lost and the reason of loss is based on our fault, then we will compensate you for the loss. Otherwise we are not responsible for any missing or damage caused by local postal service in your country. However please inform us once you receive your package during tracking and investigation period.

 

Q3. How can I get my package back if it returned?

Sometimes it happens because there was no receiver once post man visited your address. First of all, you will be received an email which is notification of package return with pictures. Then send us shipping fee and return charge ($3.50 USD) to payment@kpopmart.com via PayPal and inform us transaction code. We will ship out the package within 3 business days after the payment received. However your package would be kept for 4 weeks in the warehouse after notification sent and then discarded.

 

Q4. How to get refund?

If you receive a damaged or defective item then please email us the order number & the product condition with photos within 14 days of delivery to obtain an authorization for returns. Please note that unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded. If we authorize a return, we will provide you with an RAM(Return Authorization Mail) and instructions for sending the damaged or defective items to us. These damaged/defective items must be returned to us securely packaged and wrapped. Q5. if I order a bunch of CDs, one of them is preordered and the rest aren't, do I have to wait till the preorder one comes out?

Yes, your package will be shipped all together after the preorder product released. However if you want separate shipment, you are supposed to pay shipping charge for each parcel. Kindly email us to customer@kpopmart.com for further assistance.
