– Payment can be on hold for 24 hours according to PayPal random screening process.

PayPal holds the payment to ensure their platform is being used properly and to minimize the potential risk for both buyers and sellers.

Payment is released to the seller’s account or returned to the buyer’s account after reviewing.

– If delivery information is not matched to one’s address registered at PayPal, PayPal can reject to clear the payment.

– If the customer’s card itself is not acceptable for overseas purchase, PayPal rejects to clear the payment.

– If PayPal system recognizes that the customer opened PayPay site for so long without any action, payment session is automatically closed due to security issue (run-time error).

[WESTERN UNION]

– If the beneficiary information (name, destination, address, etc.) is insufficient or incorrect, payment itself is not released.

– Customers should check payment information closely before sending payment through western union money transfer (PAYMENT).

[BANK WIRE]

– If the beneficiary information (bank, account, account owner, etc.) is insufficient or incorrect, payment itself is not sent to the beneficiary’s account.
