SITE RENEWAL (2019. 11. 30)

Old Kpopmart (old.kpopmart.com) will be closed by the end of 2019.

1. New Kpopmart Site Open

   DATE : 2019. 11. 30 (AM 01:00, KST)
   ORDER : Customer can use 2 different sites.

• kpopmart.com : New & current shop page. The new items will be updated.
• old.kpopmart.com : Old shop page. Customer can check previous order history and purchase products. New items will not be updated.
• Customers who registered at Kpopmart from Nov 11th to Nov 29th can log in at old.kpopmart.com only due to technical issue and should register at kpopmart.com for using the new site.

2. All the loyalty point and voucher credit owned at the previous site are only available to use at old.kpopmart.com only by Dec. 31st 2019.

   DUE : DEC. 31st. 2019 (PM 18:00, KST)
   HOW : Customers can purchase products with voucher credit at both sites as kpopmart.com and old.kpopmart.com.

• kpopmart.com : Only able to use loyalty points and voucher credit newly created at current site.
• old.kpopmart.com : Only able to use previously owned loyalty points and voucher credit.

NOTE : Loyalty points and voucher credit owned at old.kpopmart.com are no longer available to use from Jan. 1st 2020 and will not be reissued. Please spend all the loyalty points and voucher credit at the old site by the end of 2019.

CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas / Natural Persons Register) is mandatory in Brazil (2019.12.18)

CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas / Natural Persons Register) is mandatory for all the shipments sent to Brazil.

- Customer should specify CPF number in "Company" or "Delivery Address" column (for Brazil only).

- Kpopmart is not responsible for package return or missed delivery due to lack of CPF number.

- Do not input CPF number or part of address or direction (apartment number, P.O Box number, phone number, etc) in additional information column. Additional information is for just for additional request to sender, not for delivery information.

SULLAL (LUNAR NEW YEAR) HOLIDAYS (2021. 02. 11 ~ 2021. 02. 14)

Korean National holiday, Sullal (Lunar new year, Feb 11th ~ Feb 14th) is returned.

All the companies and public institutions including Korea Postal Service are off during this season. Please find below shipping schedule and special voucher for sharing happiness of Sullal.

* All are based on KST (Korea Standard Time).

1. Shipping Schedule

- Orders placed before Feb 9th : Will be shipped out on Feb 10th. (Preorders and part of orders for goods, accessories and cosmetic items will be shipped out in order from Feb 15th).

- Orders placed after Feb 9th : Will be shipped out in order from Feb 15th.

* All the manufacturer and suppliers stopped supplying goods from Feb 4th already.
* Shipping schedule can be different from each order according to Korean postal service shipping schedule and product stock status.

CS team and marketing div. will answer for emails and inquiries at SNS pages during holidays.

- Any inquiry and request sent to customer@kpopmart.com and messages sent through SNS pages (facebook, tumblr, twitter, instagram) will be answered within 24 hours.

Q1. What are the advantages of preorder?

Official poster in hard tube case is provided if purchased a preorder album with unfolded poster option (poster itself is free but shipping fee is charged at each poster separately during order process). If customer purchased a preorder item with other product which is released already in the same order, order will be shipped out together after the preorder item will be released.

Q2. What is the basic currency?

USD is the basic currency at kpopmart.com and customer can choose other currencies at the top of the right side of browser. Customer should be careful of currency exchange rate if tried to send other currencies rather than USD.

Q3. Buying albums from Kpopmart really counts on official chart?

All the K-pop album sales are transferred to Hanteo at everyday and it is reflected on weekly music chart such as SBS Ingigayo, KBS Music Bank, M Countdown and so on. Here is the official statement issued by Hanteo chart and customer can double check with Hanteo Company. Support your idol by purchasing albums at official online shop which counts on Hanteo Chart.

Q1. How do I know this item is available or not?

If “Add to cart” button is shown at the product page, it means product is "available to purchase". Purchase quantity can be limited or specific shipping method should be chosen for some products so please check all the notification and remarks at product page.

Q2. How can I know for shipping and delivery?

Kpopmart provides various shipping options and customer can check available shipping method for one's country during order process. Please check shipping policy for tracking and estimated delivery.

Q3. How much shipping cost for my country?

Shipping fee is fluctuated by various factors as product weight (quantity), ship to country, poster option, shipping method, etc. Please check accurate shipping cost of each shipping method at Phase 3. Shipping Method and total order amount at Phase 4. Payment during order process before completing payment.

If customer try to place an order without logging in at kpopmart.com, system cannot designate destination thus wrong shipping fee would be charged. Shipping cost is increased in proportion to product weight and size.

Q1. What is tracking number of my order?

Tracking number is issued if purchased with K-Packet, EMS, EMS Premium, DHL and UPS shipping option after the package is dispatched. Shipment notification is emailed including tracking number as photos once package is dispatched then customer can check tracking number on the photo and trace shipment at each tracking sites.

- Small packet air mail is not traceable originally, means tracking number itself is not issued.

Q2. Do I have to pay custom tax?

It depends on the customs at destination country.

Customs investigate shipments at random and sender (Kpopmart) cannot intervene in custom issue in other countries. We put low prices on custom declaration sheet attached on the package to avoid custom issues. If custom tax is charged at destination country despite such an effort, it should be paid by recipient.

Q3. I ordered multiple items but received part of them.

Small packet and K-Packet have 2 kg limitation per parcel thus products can be sent in 2 or more parcels. Kpopmart send photos of package with shipment notification through email once dispatched thus customer can see how many parcels were sent for one's order from shipment notification mail. Delivery can be different from each parcel according to local postal service circumstance even though packages were shipped out on the the same date.
