Old Kpopmart (old.kpopmart.com) will be closed by the end of 2019.
1. New Kpopmart Site Open
DATE : 2019. 11. 30 (AM 01:00, KST)
ORDER : Customer can use 2 different sites.
• kpopmart.com : New & current shop page. The new items will be updated.
• old.kpopmart.com : Old shop page. Customer can check previous order history and purchase products. New items will not be updated.
• Customers who registered at Kpopmart from Nov 11th to Nov 29th can log in at old.kpopmart.com only due to technical issue and should register at kpopmart.com for using the new site.
2. All the loyalty point and voucher credit owned at the previous site are only available to use at old.kpopmart.com only by Dec. 31st 2019.
NOTE : Loyalty points and voucher credit owned at old.kpopmart.com are no longer available to use from Jan. 1st 2020 and will not be reissued. Please spend all the loyalty points and voucher credit at the old site by the end of 2019.
CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas / Natural Persons Register) is mandatory for all the shipments sent to Brazil.
- Customer should specify CPF number in "Company" or "Delivery Address" column (for Brazil only).
- Kpopmart is not responsible for package return or missed delivery due to lack of CPF number.
- Do not input CPF number or part of address or direction (apartment number, P.O Box number, phone number, etc) in additional information column. Additional information is for just for additional request to sender, not for delivery information.
Korean National holiday, Sullal (Lunar new year, Jan 20th ~ Jan 24th) is returned.
All the companies and public institutions including Korea Postal Service are off during this season. Please find below shipping schedule and special voucher for sharing happiness of Sullal.

- Orders placed before Jan 23rd : Will be shipped out on Jan 28th. (Preorders and part of orders for goods, accessories and cosmetic items will be shipped out in order from Jan 28th).
- Orders placed after Jan 23rd : Will be shipped out on Jan 28th.
* All the manufacturer and suppliers stopped supplying goods from Jan 21st already.
* Shipping schedule can be different from each order according to Korean postal service shipping schedule and product stock status.
CS team and marketing div. will answer for emails and inquiries at SNS pages during holidays.

3. Lucky Draw
- Site renewl event lucky draw have been providing since Nov. 2019.
- More lucky draw tickets will be provided for all the orders by 2020. June.
